About: Throughout my childhood both my parents loved to cook. We were always encouraged to participate in the kitchen. Jams, stewed fruits, chutneys and much more. All made from home grown produce grown in the back yard or within the local community.
My Dad, Allen Bailey retired to Sarsfield in 1979 and continued his passion for cooking. He began making Worcestershire Sauce. Our family called it Twisted Sister sauce!! It was so delicious it became a family icon.
Dad and I began working on taking it to fundraiser markets and developed a label, sourced bottles and local produce. We had so much fun working together. Over time, Dads life took a change of direction due to being unwell, and passed away.
Some months later, Allen’s youngest daughter, Carolyn, launched Grandpa Baileys Homemade Products in his honour. Carolyn produced from home the delicious Worcestershire Sauce of Allen’s and took it to the markets in East Gippsland for all to enjoy.
The range has now expanded and developed with traditional homemade recipes which are truly Deliciousness in a jar.
